Pratt, 23, was sentenced to three years probation, completion of a 12-week alcohol education program, and she has to go to three Alcoholics Anonymous meetings a week for eight weeks, and lastly, she will have to pay a fine.
In the plea, the DUI charges were dropped in exchange for a no contest plea of a misdemeanor “exhibition of speed.”
Pratt’s DUI took place on Oct. 18, in which The Hills star was arrested. She had just left sister-in-law, Heidi Montag’s birthday party.
