Gossip Girl would have a field day with this one: Nude photos of Blake Lively have surfaced online.

Five self-portraits taken with an iPhone popped up, just days after the Gossip Girl star was caught canoodling with Leonardo DiCaprio. Only one shows her face.

The photos appear to be a few years old, judging by her older-model iPhone, but Lively still looks pretty hot.
